My name is Ashley Thomas. I’m a wife and mother to two young children—a son and a daughter—who keep life wonderfully busy. I’m originally from East Central Indiana, where my hometown grew significantly when my grandparents’ generation moved north from the Appalachian region after the coal mines closed. Our Southern roots run deep, and that heritage strongly influences my music. My husband, who is also a musician, and I met at a local music venue in my hometown of Muncie, Indiana. He’s originally from Bryn Athyn, Pennsylvania. For nearly eight years now, I’ve been living on the East Coast, which is a major shift from my rural upbringing—but it’s been an exciting and refreshing change of pace.

Derrick has a repertoire of music spanning from the 50s up through the 80s, including pop, oldies, rock, R&B, & blues/country. “Isn’t he delightful?” That was overheard at one of Derrick’s recent performances. And that’s a descriptive term that he appreciates and wears with pride.

SINGER
Randolph Williams a.k.a Randy Ruffin
A Tribute to the Legends
Randolph Williams, affectionately and commercially known as Randy Ruffin, is a recording artist, singer, and performer who has been performing professionally in the Philadelphia-and N.J. area. Growing up in the musical era of the 60s, surrounded by local Philadelphia artists associated with what would soon turn out to be the renowned (Philadelphia International Record) label, he began training his musical voice and love for music as a young child, which ignited his love affair with the stage. His laidback yet bubbly personality and bright resident baritone and second tenor vocals have evoked comparisons to several of his major influences, including Marvin Gaye, David Ruffin, and Paul Williams of The Temptations, Levi Stubbs, of The Spinners, Bill Whiters, The O’Jays’s, Walter Williams, Lou Rawls, Sam Cook, Donnie Hathaway, Nat King Cole and countless others. He has performed up and down the east coast from Philadelphia to Atlantic City, N.J., Maryland to New York including of course within the Philadelphia surrounding area for over 10 years at various music events indoors and out, night clubs, supper clubs, LIVE Casino, live FM radio broadcasts, private events, upscale senior living facilities and the like. Currently discovered and signed by (Society Hill) records label Randy has released his first single cover song titled (Walk Away from Love) in 2024 and his most recent release EP” and lead song of the same title “You Sure Love to Ball,” a Marvin Gaye classic in 2025 has made a big mark on the music scene and has created a delightful buzz from its worldwide release Included on this new EP, album titled “YOU SURE LOVE TO BALL” is a remake of the hit song “THE WARMTH OF YOU” which resonates from a remake of a “Will Downing” hit record that is sensually and beautifully reimagined as a duet. Also an incredible version of the hit song from the 1950’s classic movie (South Pacific), originally written and composed by Rodgers and Hammerstein, entitled “SOME ENCHANTED EVENING” To top off this new and exciting EP (album) is an original song written by the late Johnny Ingram, a super talented legend who among others sang with the legendary Funk Brothers on their Motown documentary tour and was an anchor for the famous Ingram Brothers. The song is entitled ” BABY I’M YOURS” which was the warmest pleasure to record Posthumously! He is currently in the works to release his second half of this project which is slayed for perhaps before the end of 2025.
